We didn’t reinvent the
wheel. Just CRM.

Most CRMs were built for the person who reads the report. TYCOON was built for the person who makes the call: somewhere to write down what was said, someone to hand the next step to, and one word for where things stand. Here it is at work.

From nobody to somebody in under twenty seconds: a name, an email, a number, and a country found by typing a few letters of it. TYCOON even guesses the website from the email.

Notes, not fields

Other CRMs ask you to squeeze a conversation into dropdowns and checkboxes. TYCOON gives you a page and gets out of the way. Write what was said and what was promised, in your own words: the version you’ll be glad of in a year.

Type @ and a colleague’s name, and the note lands on their desk too.

Promises, kept where they were made

A task in TYCOON belongs to somebody: the person it was promised to. Give it a day if it has one, tick it off when it’s done, and whoever opens the card next can see what was promised and whether it happened.

Click it to change it

There is no edit mode to find. Click the line you want to change and the form opens with the cursor already in it. Type, save, and the card is back the way you read it.

Nobody has just one number

The mobile they answer and the desk phone they don’t. The work address and the one the invoices go to. Add another on the end of any line, say what it’s for, and the card keeps every one of them, with the one you reach for first on top.

One stamp. Everybody knows.

Lead, prospect, customer, champion, dormant, lost. Press the seal, pick the word, and it’s stamped on the card and on the list. Where things stand becomes a glance down a page, not a pipeline review.

Only what’s yours

Most software treats every change as news. TYCOON speaks up only when somebody names you in a note or a task. It turns up under Nudges, one click takes you straight to it, and nothing else ever does.

Start typing. That’s the search.

No search page, no filters, no saved views to set up first. Type a few letters of a name or a company, and the list narrows while you’re still typing.

See if it sticks.

Bring your contacts in from a vCard, ask the people you work with to join, and see whether it sticks. If it doesn’t, walk away — nothing happens.
