CRM's new tycoon

CRMs are simply too complex. TYCOON is different. TYCOON’s new approach transforms CRM into something you enjoy to use, not something someone else forces you to use.

See how TYCOON works

You’ve used a CRM before.

So you know how it goes. Forty fields on a form you’ll never fill in. A pipeline that wants tidying before anybody can read it. A seat you pay for every month for the colleague who signs in twice a year.

Underneath all of that is the only thing you actually wanted: what you said to this person last time, and what you promised to do next.

TYCOON keeps that part.

Notes, in the middle of the page

Every CRM has notes and most of them keep the notes behind a tab. Here they are the page: what was said, who said it, when. Write plainly, the way you’d say it out loud, because in a year that is the bit you’ll be reading.

Type an @ and a colleague’s name, and they’ll hear about it.

Two notes on a contact. Priya Raman writes about a delayed order and mentions Rae Okonjo by name.

Nudges, not notifications

When somebody writes your name into a note or a task, it turns up here. Nothing else does. No badge counting things nobody asked about, no digest at seven in the morning, no email to tell you that somebody signed in.

The nudges list: two lines saying that Marco Devi and Priya Raman each mentioned you in a note.

Everybody carries where they got to

Lead, prospect, customer, champion, dormant, lost. One word a person, on the list itself, so where the whole thing stands is a glance down a page rather than a report somebody has to run.

A list of contacts, each with a word beside it: lead, customer, prospect, dormant, lost.

What you don’t get

No ads. We don’t sell your data, rent it, or feed it to anybody’s model. No forty-field forms. No plans to compare and no tier above the one you are on — there is one TYCOON, and you get all of it.

See what it costs

See if it sticks.

Bring your contacts in from a vCard, ask the people you work with to join, and see whether it sticks. If it doesn’t, walk away — nothing happens.
